Hello
I know about BMI, i know healthy foods, good carbs, bad carbs, good sugars, and bad sugars. I want to start running but my concern is my body weight, is it healty to let a heavy person to just start running?
and… other than writing notes all over my appartment, or setting alarms to remember what and how to eat.
Is it as easy and waking up one day and saying “i’m gonna change my health for ever, starting today!”… ??
