Menu Planning Idea's (Fall 2012)!

I know we're already part way through the week, but I just started doing this so thought I would join in.

Mon: pizza from scratch
Tues: butter chicken & rice
Wed: coconut curry chicken and rice (a la slobberbug )
Thurs: spaghetti
Fri: sneaky stuffed potatoes
Sat: zucchini fritters with chile lime mayo ( also slobberbug, I believe)

And then salad/ raw veggies where required.

Mon: Korean Beef stir fry
