oh yuck! shared laundry rooms

my apartment is right next to the laundry room.
shared by 6 units inour building..1 washer 1 dryer.
i can hear it from my apartment.

washer takes 40 min. dryer takes 1 hour

I was doing my washing today..4 loads.. and on my last wash..
i went to flip it.. and i had not let it sit..i was listening for it.. (watching clock too)but someone beat me to it and had plopped it ontop of the (not so clean) dryer)
so..whatever..i finish y laundry.

fold and put it away (which sometimes dosnt happen :lol:

me and my bff confided in eachother sometimes we just live out of the hamper!)

i am sitting around on my bed sleepy..look over..and i saw SOMEONES ENTIRE FINGERNAIL!!!!!!!!! (as in the glue on kind??? i dk i dont use them)
GROSSSSSS ON MY BED!!!!!!! IN MY CLEAN LAUNDRY !!! EWWWWWWWW

lol thats disgusting.. keep your fingernails to yourself!

Yep, when we lived in an apartment someone put dog crap in the dryer once. (I'm assuming it was dog crap because the alternative was too gross to consider). Thankfully I noticed it before throwing my clothes in there.

Oh gross! That's why when I lived in an apartment I bought a washer that hooks up to the kitchen tap and hung everything to dry. I hated having to move other peoples clothes and that some people would take clothes out of the dryer to use it before it was even done!

I just found a beautiful basement suite in broadmead, with INSUITE LAUNDRY!!!!!!
Giving notice and moving in May!!!

I am so happy for you my god i used to have laundry hell where I lived to and now I am in a co op with my own everything. You wont even know what to do with yourself you will be so happy :lol:

im so exited its not even funny lol. i cant sleep

its been two days lmao.

it's been a nightmare living here..a really sketchy neighbourhood near the naden base..had to call the non emerg AGAIN last night due to the party in another building..

ive stayed for cheap rent, and conveniene (sold my car..esq is a direct bus rout and everything in walking distance) but i grew up in glanford so broadmead is so close to that..ill be shopping at my old stores..and AHHH I CANT WAITTTT

free laundry whenever i want..no fingernails or neighbours fighting for their turns.. AND ILL HAVE OUTSIDE SPACEEEEEE
i dont even ahve a balcony right now..
