Mr. Poo? The mascot ... ?

What's the name of the "mascot" for the whole drive to get Victoria a sewage treatment plant? Anyone know if you can buy these mascots anywhere?

Not sure if you're familiar with South Park characters but there's one called Mr. Hanky the Christmas Poo. He looks like Mr. Floatie and Spencer's Gifts in Mayfair was selling little stuffed Mr. Hanky's with Santa hats on. If she just thinks poo is funny, this might work? I can't believe I'm writing about poop. Ha ha...!
