lol depo privera gets rid of that problem, lol (shot) I havent dealth with that problem for 5 yrs and its wonderful!!

I was on that for 3 years and gained 70lbs and went crazy. No thank you. And I would like to get pregnant soon!

I swear I will never, ever, ever, say bad things about my period again. It was 3 weeks late this month, and I was reluctantly almost convinced I was pregnant (dh has had the snip and we do NOT want any more).

But an early period, yeah, that is a real pissoff.

That stuff is terrible...I had a major break down and started scream at dh that he was killing me.

I posted this in Cafe too as I wanted to say that I have seen a few friends gain a lot of weight and go into a severe depression because of that shot. That might explain why you haven't been feeling very well.....just wanted to help. A friend let the shot wear off and never had it again and lost all the weight and came out of the depression and is feeling great.

Depro privera cause's osteoporosis Not a good thing to be on especially if you have low bone marrow density....

Yeah I was on the shot for about 6 months. Gained weight. And the opposit happened to me. I had my period constantly. It didn't go away. And I was definately more moody. And I've seen a few friends gain weight from it, and not just a couple pounds.

But yeah I hate it when your period comes early. Hopefully you get preggo soon, so then you won't have to deal with it!

lol im spayed and on the shot. some lady dr at the clinic demanded I take a pregnancy test before she gave me the shot. I thought, hmm ok. Ive been on the shot for about 5 yrs but I dont want that yucky period back.
