:mad: I just phoned daycare subsidy to find out were it was -it is now the 20th The person could not find anything that I had faxed on the 1st

Im having the same problem, they told me that they are really far behind, like at the seventh, so they dont even know if they have recieved the forms or not! Very frustrating.

yep i finally got paid today...

the new system sucks bums....supposed to be more efficient....right.
i never faxed mine and i have yet *until this month* have a problem. maybe try mailing?

i have a friend in subsidy so she takes them to work with her, so the yare always recieved, but you know fax machines..not reliable.

Yup my daycare lady only got paid for ONE of my TWO kids for the month of February, and her March payment is going to be late because the renewal form only just arrived in the mail today!

ARGH! New system sucks!

I have still not recieved anything I have talked 3 times this week to them my answer We are sorry things have got backed up with the new system, and you will see somehting next wednesday the 28th
HELLO we have bills to pay they have already made us bounce a chq and be in the red :mad: :mad: :mad:

Emma - call them back and demand that they get a cheque courier'd to your today! They did that for me when it was discovered that my fax was never received on their end. This has become a huge glitch in the new system this month, and they have been courier'ing out cheques to people left, right and centre. They weren't going to do anything for me until I said 'look, welfare can issue an emergency cheque on the spot to someone in need, I'm sure subsidy can issue an emergency cheque. It's not my fault that the new system has lost my information. I did everything right, I faxed it in plenty of time etc, etc." Needless to say within minutes they were developing a plan to get my cheque to me. I also spoke my mind on what I thought of them not having any back up contingency plan for the first month of a new system. It's rediculous that they weren't anticipating some form of glitch and have a system ready to get the $$$ out to people that they have subsidy contracts with. WHAT new system doesn't have a single glitch?

I mailed it on the 7th just like I was told
I guess it might take loner if your licenced

I haven't received my cheque yet either, faxed it in on the 7th. I called them the other day and they said they haven't received it yet and asked me what number I faxed it to. I told them it was the number on the new form I got sent and she said oh sorry that was a typing error, and gave me the correct number to re-fax it!! ARGH!! So now who knows how long it will take to get my money!! I am so frustrated I NEED it argh!!

OMG......, you mean that the fax number on the new forms was wrong???? No WONDER there's been so many problems......... See, that proves my point even further, they've messed up big time and now they need to stand up, take responsibility and get the $$$ to people that need it. I told them I wasn't going to default on a mortgage payment because of their error, and I stood my ground and demanded they figure it out. Good Luck Emma!
