Would anyone let me park? Please?!?

Is there anyone out there that lives in James Bay, cook St. Village or just walking distance to downtown inner harbour, that would be willing to let me park at your house for the Times Colonist 10K? I would get there at about 7:15am and be gone by probably 11:30 am at the latest. I know that it's very difficult to find parking for this event. Everyone says just get there early, but I can never get anywhere early, no matter how hard I try. I would bus it, but I will have both of my little ones as they will be participating in the kids fun run. It will be hard enough getting them up and ready, never mind trying to get them up early enough for the bus!! If anyone has somewhere that we can park, I'd really appreciate it. You will have my undying gratitude forever!!
