I don't understand the question. Not low fat but contain an artificial sweetener? Those cannot be good for you.

I know that astro has a fruit and honey sweetened full fat yogurt. Would that be okay? You could also buy plain and make your own with fruit and splenda or whatever.... the two brands I am thinking of that are honey sweetened are jeunesse and astro original... although I think jeunesse is low fat... Good luck

i know there are yogurts out there that are just sweetend by the fruit that's in it - no sugar added. I can't think of them right now, but when i go grocery shopping today i'll take a boo. i also like fat yogurt, but i wouldn't put splenda in my mouth if you paid me... or aspartame either for that matter.

The Dairyland Stirred yogurt (not fruit on the bottom) is sweetened with fruit and is full fat. (http://www.dairyland.ca)

im diabetic, and when im pregnant i use the plain full fat yogurt, and mix in fruit with splenda, or even sugar free jam.
