I am so relieved that someone else does this too.

We have been trying for a long time for a second baby and no luck. Sometimes I just need to take a month or two off from the pressure and insanity of TTC for so long, but I always feel kind of guilty like that may have been THE MONTH and we threw it away.
Due to age we do not have much time to play around with, if any at all.
It is so tiring been on the calendar all the time.

Hope I'm not interjecting inappropriately, but I just want to say that if anyone has been trying for more than a few months and you are older (later 30's and into 40's) it is best to see your Dr. and receive a referral to a fertility specialist. When one is older (as I was when we were trying to conceive) I realize now in retrospect, I should have had the referral immediately and not delayed. The one year of trying to conceive does not apply when you are older. It can take up to several months (6 or more) to see a fertility specialist so it is better to begin this process earlier than later.

Sorry for the long note! Good luck to everyone who is TTC! Hope it happens for you very soon.

To Anonymous Aug 19 @ 0937:
Thanks for your concern (not inappropriate at all). We are seeing a specialist already.
