OMG School Bus Accident in Calgary

Did anyone see this? I am sitting here crying thinking about that poor little girl who died in the accident... horrible

I was actually *IN* Calgary today in the same traffic that this accident occured in. Our traffic was being rerouted into another direction. It was one of 2 accidents today in the same area of Calgary BOTH involving school buses. I actually saw the second accident up close that had school bus full of kids rear-ended by another bus. I wanted to get sick.

On my way to the airport the cab driver told me he had heard details of the first accident on the radio although he had said it was an 8 yr old boy (but he could have been wrong). He mentioned they couldn't stop the bleeding I waited until I got back home to Victoria to cry. Between this and something else I watched on the news with Dr. Phil last night, I am feeling so upset and uneasy.

It is awful....my baby girl just turned 6 today...I couldn't even begin to imagin how the family must be feeling..and to see something like this happen?? Hugs to you, an awful sight to see an accident with a school bus.

I am amazed that more didn't die in this accident

my thoughts and prayers go out the entire city over this one as every parent, teacher, child, family and drivers will e affect for a long time to come.

It is such a tragedy and a any loss of life especially a child is tough.
