Im thinking about going with WW. I thought I would try out the magazines for motivation and go from there!
I had a little girl today ask me what was in my tummy! LOL!
Do you go to the meetings or do you do it online? I think Ill just be going with the online as with my hearing loss I dont think Ill get anything out of the meetings.
How was it for you when you were with them before?

I have had great success with Weight Watchers. I go to the meetings sometimes, not every week.......but yes, I imagine it would be hard to get much out of it with your hearing loss. Online would likely work well for you, and you can always chat with those of us on here who are doing it too...can be your own sort of meeting LOL.
I am now down almost 30lbs since New Years, thanks in large part to following the Weight Watchers program combined with the awesomeness of Jamie Lyn at Ideal Fitness and her ideas.
Give it a try, it's worth it.
I remember one of the little girls at my Sparks unit looking at me and asking why my tummy was big and jiggly. I just about cried, even though I knew I was overweight (horribly so).
I'll support you FairyElf!!

Thats awesome, I m pleased for you!
I definately could use some support! I feel really blah at times, especially with my tummy being very noticable and people asking me when Im due, sigh..I currently go to Esquimalt Rec to workout 3 times a week and been going for a month. I just stepped on the scale last night and I gained 1/2 a pound! Akk! Not the results I wanted! So food is definately an issue for me and need to work with that.
How does it work online? Do they give you a questionaire to determine your level of activity, etc and help you plan out a plan according to your needs?
Thanks!
