google adsense bot???

Can someone tell me what this is and why they've added me as a contact?

Hi loganberry,

Do you actually have Google Adsense bot as a contact, or did you simply have a message letting you know that you were added?

We already disabled the bots from making new contacts, and removed all the contacts they had added.

i just got a message - i haven't delved into the contact thing yet - i'm guessing i would have had to accept them? I just noticed that they were on the boards yesterday and thought Hey, i should have asked about that contact message...

Actually, no, you don't need to accept contacts - anyone may add anyone they wish as a contact.

The bot issue should be fixed, and so you may just delete the message you have received.
