Q about Royal Roads

Postby Shopgirl on Thu Jul 17, 2008 8:17 am

I thought I had heard something about an admision being charged now? We have to take my bro to a job interview there and I was going to take my liitle ones for a walk in the garden. Do I just need to bring $$ for parking?

As far as I know you only pay to go into the main garden..and for parking. We walk through the park all the time and Never pay...

There is definitely free parking just across the street from the entrance to Royal Roads. It is the parking lot for the Galloping Goose Trail. Be sure to lock your car and take any valuables with you as break-ins do occur. HTH

There's a sign in front of the gardens that says something about admission costs. You also have to pay to enter the castle. My neighbor goes there and takes photos and said he's never had to pay. Id bring cash just in case.
