Personal Experiences.. Who do you recomend in town?
Did it hurt? How long do they "burn" you for? Is it quick?
Was the recovery long? How much was it?

Before I go into a shop I want to learn more!

Branding? Like cattle? I've never heard of it being done on a person. I'm riveted...

It can be quite dangerous and cause 3rd degree burn (some places don't do it because of the liability involved). I would watch the Movie "Jackass 2 as there is branding in it and they show the process, aftermath and what it can do (not the best Movie but it has 'branding' in it). Personally , I would just get a tatoo.
btw-The wrist is a 'very' sensitive area of your body whether a tatoo is done or branding (branding would be far worse).

um is this serious? you want to be branded? hmmm ok, well ya i would say being burned would hurt, i cant see how it wont

Yes it hurts. It feels sort of like having a wart removed, without the first cold feeling, just the hot and burning sensation. It can be dangerous, and can get infected. Just like any other form of Body Mods, be careful where you go and how you take care of it. I do not believe anywhere in Victoria does Branding at least I have never heard of any. I don't even know if anywhere in Van does. I do know of places in the states though.

And yes it is a serious thing. It is another form of Body Modification. Just like having your tongue split, or having implants under your skin. Branding is only the next step after being Tattooed. It's been done for centuries in other countries, it's just 'weird' to western civilization.
