Van. Island Parents Conference - what a great day!
It was my first chance to go to this conference and all I can say is WOW!
Steve Dotto was even better in person than on tv. He really made alot of people think. And he volunteered his time so that we, as parents, can learn how to keep our children safe on the internet. Amazing!
Dr. Gabor Mate was mesmerizing. It was the first time I've had a chance to hear him speak. That man is so worth listening to on any of the subjects he speaks about.
The workshops I attended were very informative and it sounds like the other ones were too.
It was really a great conference and worth every penny.

I was so impressed with having those two gents on the same slate. Both are experts in their field and share their knowledge in such an accessible manner-a tremendous gift.
No, didn't go
but I am familiar with them both, and thought it sounded like a great workshop to attend.
I seek out Mate every chance I get-one of my fav speakers/writers evuh.
