Tickets for Elton John on sale Friday-Any tips?

Friday 10:00am tickets go on sale and I have several gals at work that wish to go. Management is allowing us to take a "coffee break" at 10:00 in order to get tickets. Does anyone have any internet or phone tips to give us to insure we get tickets?

Do a trial run. I think you need an account to buy online so set that up now. Be on the computer right at 10am and don't refresh.

We bought tix to Dane Cook online...we asked for the best seats, which the computer picked for us and paid $90 for each! (I know it was a ridiculous price, but at least someone paid for mine!!)
THEN, when the time came closer, they changed the layout of the stage so that his stage was in the middle of the arena (which is his signature stage set up) so our seats that were supposed to be "the best" and close to the stage when it was at one end of the arena, were a ways away from him when he was on stage in the middle of the arena!!!!
We felt totally ripped off and were told there was nothing we could do as the event was totally sold out! They wouldn't even give us money back!!!
They told us that we should have looked more carefully and made sure we had the correct "stage set up" on the internet when we ordered!!!
So apparently it was "our fault".
Just a little tip for anyone out there ordering online...make sure you are getting what you pay for!
Next time I'm going to phone and talk to an actual person.
