What do you look for in before and after school care? Homework help, free play, field trips.....

I started my career in managing OSC. Relationship. People. Staff who connect with your kid and you can feel completely assured that your child is safe. I think those things are key. Secondary, but still important, is activities. But, you can have fabulous activities and so-so staff, and it would not be a good setting. Awesome staff and nothing planned would still be awesome.
