SPCA summer camp?

Has anyone's kiddo gone to the SPCA summer camp in Victoria? It looks interesting but on the website it sounds like they're only spending about an hour a day with animals. Really appreciate hearing some reviews.

My 8yo animal lover LOVED this camp..

They do only spend a limited time at the SPCA, but last year, they brought in little kittens (SO CUTE!), a 3 legged dog etc.. so it's not just animal time at the SPCA.

The do great crafts (Dog treats baking, cat toy etc..) and learn a lot about animal care in general. Not just pets but owls etc.

They had great animal themed games and more. Really nice facility too out at Selkirk there.

I will sign my daughter up again, she loved it.

My youngest DS went last summer and just LOVED it as well. He's already talking about going again this summer. He'll be 10 this year.
He treasured his t-shirt that he got which was signed by the other kids/instructors. Had to force him to take it off so I could wash it!!

Anyone remember how much this was? My DD would love this, but has many summer camps planned already. Not sure if it will be in our budget as well... I checked the site but there is no price list yet and I hope to book her other summer camps before they are sold out...

Just checked my receipt from last year - it was $170.00.

I guess she will have to decide which one she really wants to go to then as 170 for a week (prob more this year too...) means she cannot do both the camps she wants to do...
