Do you want to learn about mindfulness to help manage stress of daily life?

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions, you may be interested in the FREE new 9 weeks Momfulness group.

Momfulness group is based on Mindfulness Based CognitiveTherapy (MBCT). MBCT has been a helpful way for many people to manage the difficult mood and stresses of daily life.
