Does anyone know when the movie "Bully" comes out?
Or is it out already? It looks like it was supposed to be out in Feburary but I can't seem to find it anywhere that I usually get my movies. I did put it on hold at the library but even they have it as "on order". I would even buy it if I could find it.

I saw that on Amazon but like I said, I haven't been able to find it in all my usual places that I get DVDs from. So I was wondering if it is actually out on DVD yet and if so where in town I can get it. If I have to buy it I'd rather not order it online.

It's out on video already.
Do you have Shaw cable? If you do, they have it in the On Demand movies right now for $4.99.

Awesome. Thanks so much. I never order Shaw on Demand so I didn't even think to look there.

I never order it either, but just happened to hear an advertisement for Bully on there the other day. Glad I could help.

Just curious, OP.... why do you not want to buy online?

I just want to avoid shipping and/or duty fees. I do order stuff online sometimes but only when I'm guaranteed free shipping.

amazon is free shipping if you hit $25 (good excuse to buy a book
) and i find that they are great and the order always arrives quickly (and you can track it too!) future shop online carries it but not in store they do free shipping if you spend $20 http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/ ... fa84b0en02

That's good to know. I usually order toys or clothes online and that's about it. The last time I ordered a CD online, UPS tried to charge me a $40 brokerage fee (on a $30 CD) and when I refused it, I had them breathing down my neck for payment for the next year and a half until I threatened legal action. So I've avoided ordering smaller things ever since. I would never order a book online as I get all my books from the library and I rarely buy DVDs as I don't usually watch movies more than once but this one was one I really want to see and thought it might even be worth buying to have around.

Future Shop and Best Buy (not that this is relevant in Victoria anymore!) will both price-match the online store... DVDs are often cheaper on the website, so you buy there, and do pick-up in the store. That one cracks me up, I have to say, when you pay $10 through the website, and the store copy that you pick up says $15...
I rarely buy in stores anymore, because amazon has such great prices. Just be sure that you are using amazon.ca, not amazon.com. Free shipping, and you can send gifts for free (if they are over $25). We "save up" movies we want to get, and then order a few. No gas or time spent getting to stores, and the movies usually arrive in a few days (even with the free shipping option).

I guess I'll have to check them out then. Thank you for letting me know about this.

with amazon.ca.. they ship from within canada so there will be no boarder fees to worry about (this is the same reason i rarely order from any other websites!) and anything marked as super saver shipping will come directly from amazon i've done dozens of orders through them (biggest being a new computer monitor and digital camera) and they have always arrived on time with tracking within at most a week and never charged extra fees
