Sounds like its time to transfer your phone service to shaw digital :D
You would think with the competition they have they would learn to treat their customers better??? :shock:

I think I might be tempted to call the Better Business Bureau about this. Four years and no bill?? I find it hard to believe that it takes 4 years to get an invoice out on outstanding accounts. Also if the BB can't help you I would ask them who governs Telus, ie CRTC, and once you find out write a letter of complaint to them. I know you probably signed a contract 4 years ago but come on, four years...

I know how difficult it is to deal with these kind of problems, especially when you can't talk to someone face to face and each time you call you get a different person.

PS I'm just editing to tell you that on the Telus site there is a spot for you to click on for the CRTC. It links you up to the CRTC and there you can place a complaint

Isn't there some sort of statute of limitations on bills? :cry: If not, there should be. I switched to shaw & am so happy with the service.
