tax breaks for kids fitness

I just heard from someone else that when the budget came down today it will include a $500. tax credit for kids fitness (sports etc I guess). I wonder if this is per child or in total for the year? Guess I'll have to go investigate....

I watch this today but from what i got it was 500 per family for fitness
