Tomato Bake

We just harvested a huge batch of tomatos out of our garden and I am looking for a tomato bake recipe with cheese and maybe basil or another herb!

My friend make a tomato zuccini bake, she slices both veggies layers in a casserole dish sprinkle with what ever spices you like and a little cheese. I think she spays the pan before layering.
